What services do you offer?

Primarily cakes but we also do a little bit of everything else!

From custom sugar cookies, drop cookies, cookie cakes, cupcakes, cheesecake bites, brownie bites, chocolate covered strawberries, Oreos or pretzel rods and pie pops

What do you specialize in?

We primarily stay busy with weddings but we do it all! Whether it's a birthday, baby shower, anniversary, wedding shower or just because we got you!

What are the rates of your services?

When it comes to cakes, our rates are dependent on size and design. So, if you can give us some basic info, we will be happy to get you a quote.

Do you do tastings?

We don't do tastings simply because everything we do is custom work and we don't have a limited menu of flavors. Because of that, it makes it a little impossible to keep fresh samples of every possible flavor combination.
We can assure you though that our ingredients are fresh and made to order and that we have yet to have an unhappy client.

How do I book you?

Due to this area being such a huge wedding destination area and how quickly we book up, we require payment in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your date.

How does your delivery service work?

We understand that this area can be a hard place to navigate at times with all the mountains and rental properties. So we do offer delivery for your wedding or special event.
Delivery cost is dependent on distance so we just ask for the delivery address at the time of booking in order to determine that cost. 

If your cake is 3 tiers or more, we will deliver your cake in a Cake Safe. This is a hard plastic, fully enclosed container with a metal bar going down the center of your cake to ensure that the cake makes it safely to its destination. When we arrive, the metal bar will be removed from the cake. The cake will be internally structured with supports in each tier to ensure its stability. That being said, the cake is not meant to be moved once it's delivered. If you choose to move it, it is your responsibility what happens to it at that point. 


Cakes are also not meant to sit outside in warm temperatures for long periods of time. They are perfectly fine to sit out for hours in an air conditioned building but if your event is taking place outside, then it is our suggestion that you make arrangements for the cake to either be inside somewhere or have someone that you trust (wedding coordinator, etc) to bring it out in a timely manner.


Again, Sweets Cake Studio assumes no responsibility for any damage done to cakes that are moved after we deliver  

What if my wedding attendance list grows and I need to add more items?

We understand that sometimes it's hard to guess how much cake, cupcakes, or goodies you may need in order to feed your guests so we will gladly help you with serving size, etc. when you book. 

As you get your RSVP's back, if you realize that you're going to have more guests than anticipated, we will gladly accept any additions to your order as long as we are beyond the "30 Day out" Mark. Once we hit that mark, no changes can be made to your order without a "Last Minute Change" Fee added on to the price in addition to your items added. This fee starts at $100 and goes up based on how many more items are added to your order.

The reason for this is because we book weddings based on size, amount of detail, delivery distance etc. and that determines how many weddings we can take in a given day. So we just want to be sure that we have the time and staffing to properly deliver your order to perfection without being rushed with extra items or not having the necessary people in place that date to make sure everything is perfect for you. 

What if my wedding date changes because of Covid-19?

If your event date is changed due to Covid-19, we will gladly move your booking into your rescheduled date.
If your event is canceled more than 8 weeks prior to your event date, we will either refund half (50 %) of your total balance or give you a credit towards future goods in the amount of half (50 %)of your total balance if a reschedule is not possible.
If your event is canceled less than 8 weeks prior to your event, unfortunately we can’t refund or credit any balance paid.

Due to the custom nature of our work, when you book with us, we turn down other customers in order to be able to focus on your event and be sure we have the time to dedicate to your order being perfect and finished on time. Also, custom designs can take hours of planning and they sometimes require the purchase of extra supplies or tools specific to your design needs.

Are you licensed and insured?

We sure are!  We are proud to be licensed by the State of Tennessee and covered by FLIP (Food Liability Insurance Program)


What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work, when you book with us, we turn down other customers in order to be able to focus on your event and be sure we have the time to dedicate to your order being perfect and finished on time. Also, custom designs can take hours of planning and they sometimes require the purchase of extra supplies or tools specific to your design needs.

Because of the above listed reasons, 50% of your paid invoice is non-refundable.

If you simply change the date, we will do our best to accommodate your new date but this is not always possible since we book year round on a "first come-first serve" basis.

If your wedding cancels more than 8 weeks prior to your date, we are happy to refund 50% of your total paid invoice.

If your wedding cancels less that 8 weeks prior to your date, unfortunately we cannot give any refunds
